Have just launched a new series on strategy execution in partnership with the MIT Sloan Management Review. Over the next year, we’ll publish a series of evidence-based articles, blog posts, and interactive diagnostics to help leaders execute strategy more effectively. All materials will be free.

Each quarter, we’ll explore a key aspect of strategy execution in depth. This Fall, we take a deep dive on how leaders can use strategic priorities to ensure employees throughout the organization are moving in the same direction. Our first article, Turning Strategy into Results, describes the seven characteristics of effective strategic priorities. Follow-on articles will detail how to develop a strategy for execution and effectively communicate it throughout the organization.

Later installments in the the series will help you balance agility with discipline, build and maintain an execution culture, and harness the latest advances in goal science to implement your strategy. If you are interested in being notified when new articles are published, send me an email (dsull@mit.edu) to sign up for our free strategy execution newsletter.
